Matthew, please be realistic you teach economics , if we did everything you think would fix the problem and cost fell 25% we still would be spending $6,375 for every man woman and child in the USA , using using actuarial tables coupled with morbidity tables , people over the age og 65 would pay $30K per person per year, people under 20 would pay $ 3K per year people 40 would pay $6K per year per person, Matthew i know everyone knows their is a problem, no one wants to tell the truth
